By accessing and using Jalpa Dental's services and website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Appointment Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
3. Treatment Plans
All treatment plans presented are estimates. We will keep you informed of any changes in costs or procedures during your treatment.
4. Liability
We strive for clinical excellence. However, medical and dental procedures carry inherent risks, which will be explained during your consultation.
